Welcome

Come join our league and discover the joy of friendly competitive bowling! The goal of our league is to provide a fun and competitive environment that enables friends and family to participate in a sport that is as enjoyable as it is challenging. Develop your bowling skills while enjoying team camaraderie. The friendly, good-natured competitive spirit of our bowlers makes the Gate City Blind Bowling League such a great way to build lasting friendships and personal pride.

Blind people and bowling: Ten-pin bowling is one of the most popular recreational activities in the United States among both sighted and visually impaired athletes as it provides people of all ages the opportunity to compete in both recreational and elite settings at all ages. For the blind bowler, this is also an appealing sport because the only physical modification needed for the lanes is a portable guide rail, depending on the vision of the competitor. For more information about how we bowl either check out our about us page or just come out to Gate City Lanes and watch us!
